I have built the SMEServer-5.1.2_Update1 Blade into a packaged rpm for easy install. http://myezserver.com/downloads/mitel /beta /SMEServer-5.1.2_Update1 /dmc-SMEServer-5.1.2_Update1-pkg-0.noarch.rpm This packaged rpm installs all the required rpms for Mitel SME 5.1.2 Update1 into: /opt/SMEServer-5.1.2_Update1 install.sh libtool-libs-1.3.5-8.i386.rpm libxml2-2.4.2-1.i386.rpm php-4.0.6-7es4.i386.rpm php-imap-4.0.6-7es4.i386.rpm php-ldap-4.0.6-7es4.i386.rpm php-mysql-4.0.6-7es4.i386.rpm pspell-0.11.2-2.i386.rpm SMEServer-5.1.2_Update1-02.noarch.rpm If you use the Update System panel to upload the rpm, the panel will autoinstall all the rpms. Update System is available here: http://myezserver.com/downloads/mitel/contrib/update-system-0.0.1/ NOTE: The panel will not return as one of the rpms issues a httpd-esmith restart. I did not want to alter any of the update rpms directly to change this feature. To confirm installation you may use the 'new' Update system panel, Advanced options to view the installed rpms ;-> Alternately if you prefer to do everything yourself, for a manual install, simply copy the rpm onto the server and perform these steps: rpm -Uvh dmc-SMEServer-5.1.2_Update1-pkg-0.noarch.rpm cd /opt/SMEServer-5.1.2_Update1 ./install.sh If you want to reaquaint yourself with Blade basics, I released this HowTo a while back: http://myezserver.com/downloads/mitel/howto/blades-howto.html I'm not saying this is better then the Blades panel. There is a lot more complicated logic built into the Blades system. However, since the Blades server still appears unreachable for us unsupported folks, this provides an alternative.
