I was just answering private to Ari and I "mispelled" somehow Pdmenu to
Pfm, the last is perl file manager, the first is a menu driven shell,
that can be installed perfectly on SME (rpm whithout dependencies).
It's the perfect companion to sudo to restrict a user and to give him
two or three things to do, no more. No way to make a disaster...
In this case Bash is also your friend but pdmenu is very very easy to
customize...
Something like that : (10 sec...)

                                  Pdmenu

                      ------------Main Menu--------------
                    x Change your password x
x change right access for files in... x
x change right access for files in... x
x delete such directory etc... etc.. x
                    x x
                    x Exit x
                     -------------------------------------

there are also submenus, colors...
