Yeap, I know but there were 2 questions in fact ...
The one concerning my sync problem is to be answered by Mitel support,
that's true but the other one concerns the service control pannel
contribution, this is just a wish to disable the ability of disabling a
service which is necessary for sync (if there is one needed ...)

Since you are a ServiceLink customer, you should ask your questions of 
your Mitel Authorized Partner, who will escalate to [EMAIL PROTECTED] if 
necessary.
