The latest virus (kleg?) is starting to annoy me. A real AV product would be
nice, but I'm mainly linux on the desktop, and 'tis more dollars than I want
to spend.

One option (almost certainly not as good as a commercially supported product,
but a lot cheaper) I've come across is OpenAntiVirus
[http://www.openantivirus.org/index.php]

Needs java, but offers ability to scan Samba shares, filter squid content and
so on. Maybe a good fit for cheapskates like me.

Anyone played with it on SME server?
