badmailfrom is only used by qmail-smtpd (which we don't use) and smtpfront-qmail (used in 5.5). Obtuse SMTPD (used in 5.0/5.1) uses its own rules file. Moving to smtpfront-qmail made us again more "standard" without tying us to the limitations of qmail-smtpd.
