 About This Site

Slash Slashcode is the site for All Things Slash. Slash is the source code
and database that was originally used to create Slashdot, and has now been
released under the GNU General Public License. It is a bona fide Open
Source / Free Software project. Use this site to get the Slash source,
read the latest Slash news, and participate in Slash discussions.

That seems to me like more than a hint. That seems clearer to me than
anything I find at, say, www.compaq.com.

Yep, you need to Use the Source to see what it is *all* about.

As they say on the About page, if you think the site could be improved,
then let them know how. Also ask yourself why you think they should
improve it.
