I did a fresh install of SME 5.5 and then installed the user manager,
which I had running on SME 5.1.2. The "Process Mail" function seems to
be broken. Instead I get an error page that states:

<error message>
Software error:

message and the time and date of the error.

Apparently it needs Unicode/IMAPUtf7.pm in order to run. Can I just
copy this from a working 5.1.2 server or are there more things broken
and this isn't a good idea? This is a production server so I don't
want to risk breaking it by experimentation
