I have implemented Brandon Friedman's mitel-qmailconcurrencyremote rpm
successfully on a clients SME server. However now the client has asked if it
is possible to view the queue and delete/unqueue stuff manually if it
shouldn't have been send. This is just in case someone accidently sends
something and then want to retrieve it. It is no problem if only admin can do
this.

I had a quick look around, but I don't seem to be able to find anything that
will do this.
