We have no plans to implement news groups (FYI qmail is a mail server 
and would not be involved in news).

I would personally strongly recommend anoyone who doesn't really know
what they are doing to avoid becoming a news server. It quickly becomes
an enormous drain on resources and a management headache.  It's usually
much better to just use your ISP's news server.
