That will set environment variables for smtpfront-qmail, and then the 
qmail-queue with smtpfront-qmail runs to inject mail. That won't affect 
the environment in which qmail-send, qmail-local, qmail-remote run. You'd 
set those via /service/qmail/run, or maybe /service/qmail/env/*, 
if you were to set the environment using envdir.
