I GUESS THE QUESTION HE MAY HAVE WANTED TO ASK IS WHY DID IT CHANGE FROM ONE RELEASE TO ANOTHER? ONE WOULD ASSUME MEMORY USE WOULD REMAIN CONSTANT.
