Well put, Rasjid.

My domain is ws (Western Samoa) administered by the US. Over 50% of the spam I 
get is from com, net, org, etc., particularly netscape.net, hotmail.com, aol.com.

I have noticed that when I post to this list I get about 4 or 5 replies that 
tell me my message can't be delivered due to my domain name. It fills my
mailbox with useless junk ;-)
