I reported this to bugs, but was told that that it was a non-issue because it works for the Mitel folks. I haven't really had time to dig deeper. Maybe they use VMWare for Linux(?), I use VMWare for Windows, 4.0 with default configurations (1GB virtual scsi hd, iso as cdrom, 128MB Ram, bridged adapter.)
