[e-smith-devinfo] Daemontools log requirements

For dev work....

Daemontools doesn't seem to be running the extra log process on
e-smith-messagewall-0.1.1

I've tried with mwall, qmaill, and root ownership of the ./log and
./log/run and tried the sticky bit on and off the directory.
Was there anything special required for Mitel to get their tools up and
running. The default instructions aren't that hard either :P
