To store keyfiles in Freenet that could be downloaded by clients.
Downloading every single key is too slow. My suggestion was to split a file
containing all keys into several smaller files and generate an indexfile for
each letter. So the clients only download a small indexfile and than the
appropriate keyfile (which is larger).
