I'm about to say some stuff which isn't about Freegle, but about the
in-freenet key index architecture which I'm assuming/hoping that most
Freenet search engines will start using.
It consists of a collection RDF files describing the contents of Freenet
keys. You can store arbitrary metadata, although only Dublin Core is
processed right now. Dublin Core does allow for arbitrary keywords to be
attached to a key.
There are already RDF rating system schemas available. If you want to
include a rating system then the backend is already in place. You just
need some logic to deal with the rating information and an interface to
enter and view it.
