Can we have a separate HTL for request and insert? Make the request HTL 50 and
the insert HTL 15 ? What is wrong with Suck Hard from the POV of freenet
routing? Otherwise, can we have GJ's reliable GetFiles in an fproxy wrapper as
linked from the 404 page? :)
