Actually, it's not functioning anymore, for one main reason.
This one reason is that I modified the Downloader to use a date and
count, instead of just an IIRC autoincremented count, but I haven't
yet modified the rest of EOF news to use this properly. The reason
why I did this is that this gets around the find-the-first-message
problem that I found back in the fnnews days (this was necessary). I
did this a while ago, but haven't gotten around to changing the rest
of EOF news.
