[freenet-devl] fproxy bug?

my .fproxyrc says that ServerAddress=127.0.0.1:19114, but it tries to
contact my ip when I request documents.  since I'm behind a firewall
this doesn't work.  has this bug been fixed in cvs?

Freenet.ConnectFailedException: Freenet.ConnectException:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused when attempting to connect
to tcp/[my cable's ip]:19114
