So, I decided that since we've had significant changes in both the
Client and XML-RPC interfaces, it was probably better to roll up to
0.3.9 rather than keep going with 0.3.8.x. So, the new version is
0.3.9, and it's available in the SourceForge project section.
Sebastian, if you get a chance, please build the installer and
whatnot. Once that's done, I'll update the download page and put a
notice in the Website news section.
