0) Background on key types.
In my version I referred the reader back to your original document for a good
explanation of key types used in making web pages. That information is now
gone. Where did it go?
1) mention of -serverAddress argument is omitted. This issue generated
the single largest number of request for help emails. Did this issue
magically go away?
2) mention of line length limitations in win32 and work arounds is omitted.
