Bring FCPClient and FNPClient up to snuff in the 0.4 tree.
The internals have changed significantly, especially for
FNPClient.
Or kill FNPClient, whatever :)
Difficulty: I forget the scale, but definitely high for
FNPClient, and mediumish for FCPClient.
