Can someone please explain more about the meaning of the RouteNotFound
message that sometimes comes back from FCP inserts?
I'm coping with this in FreeWeb by auto-retrying the insert from scratch,
and every time, the insert succeeds on the second or third attempt.
Typically, FCP inserts (at 20 parallel threads) are getting around 80-100%
success rate on first attempts, 95-100% success on second attempt and 100%
on third attempts.
But if there's a more appropriate solution, please advise.
