I finally fixed all (urgent) issues and feel quite confident to get an
(hopefully) easy to install snapshot for Windows out.
It is based on the 15092001 nightly with Scotts latest crypto fixes in.
FCPProxy is as well included and will be automatically started with
Freenet.exe (it sits in a minimized DOS window and has to be manually
shut down though)
