That would be a crisis, it would mean that we have inadvertantly created
a working Freenet, whereas the CIA actually paid me to string people
along for as long as possible soaking up developers who might otherwise
create a real forum for freedom of speech.
My government masters are going to be *really* pissed at me :-(
