That's not a DBR file, it's a file that I was supposed to make optional.
It tracks what was inserted so it's not re-inserted.


I'm aware of this bug and it's on my todo list.  However, I thought it
was due to local changes I had made and not committed.  I'll pull a
fresh copy and see if I can track it there.

This WAS working, so it's possible it's due to the Flags= parameter
that was added to FCP.
