That would be great, there have been a number of aborted attempts to do 
this, most died when people started bickering about what markup language 
to use for the docs (HTML, Docbook, Latex etc).  

The moral of the story is, if you don't like the language someone is
using for the docs, and you can't persuade them to change their minds,
then either write them yourself or STFU.

I believe that Adam Langley's ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) was the most
recent attempt, you may want to see if you can take-over his work.
