I seem to be having some problems with watchme lately. I am using the latest (May 31) snapshot. There are 18 noderefs in my routing table, and 15 are unreachable (0% successful connections). Should this be happening? I can still receive content with no problem, so it's not really affecting much. I was thinking it could be because people aren't upgrading. I haven't received any successful inbound connection attempts since the mandatory upgrade.
Also, despite the fact that my node is doing stuff and there should be something to report, watchme.log is always empty and there are never any "watchme checkpoints" in the ticker. My log doesn't appear in the watchme server, nor is my IP mentioned in any other logs. params.txt currently says reports should be every 10 minutes, and it's been running for much longer than that.
