I believe it to be some rogue node with an increased version number.
If there's no updated version available, don't worry about it.

It's probably that your routing table that was well adapted to the
network was replaced by one with just the seeds in it, vastly
decreasing your node's efficiency.  Keep making successful
requests/inserts and it'll get better.
