WinCVS is actually a GUI for "cvs" so the problem
probably doesn't have anything to do with my cvs
client, since we're probably running the same one.  I
am not the only one experiencing the problem either;
sebastian has said that it was happening to him, too.
Is there any way to make you're client stop converting
the line endings.

Any files that were changed by me (cybrguyrsb)
yesterday were the ones that were messed up.  I don't
feel like writing a whole list here, just go into
viewcvs and take a look.
