no, no, no!!!!!
please read my last post again carefully.

i said that the overload is global.
ALL PERMANENT NODES ARE IN OVERLOAD CONDITION 24H A DAY.

we have only 50 (at around) permanent nodes and many many transient nodes 
(maybe 100, maybe 500, don't know). the users do requests and inserts, this 
is the work, the nodes have to do.

we try to make them work more gracefully - even under this bad condition. we 
have not enough permanent nodes, but it should not be possible to stop 
freenet by overloading.
