There are no non-corrupt data stores.

I'd say that people who *think* they know what they want, are going to
want a DS converter, if they think that one can be created.  But in
terms of real-world priority, I'd say it's not very important -- getting
a working data store implementation is far more useful than converting
corrupted data from one format to another.
