Why not send a message to the announce list (or whatever the most
subscribed-to list is now) asking current users to upgrade to 0.5preX.
Whilst everyone's arguing about when to release freenet 0.5 it'll give the
pre-release some kind of advanced testing with current users before someone
blows the press trumpet. I'd love to see the news articles where those dozy
reporters could actually find & use something on freenet.

Of course depending upon how many people are reading this list they might
have all upgraded already. I assume the web stats for freenetproject.org can
tell you roughly how many people have the 0.5preX releases.

Just my $0.02 of course :)

William.
