hey all, i'm using the slick new splitfile gui in 552 and loving it, but
i just noticed a weird behavior. right now it seems to only download
the minimum required number of redundant FEC blocks, then it rebuilds
the missing ones, and inserts a few that it didnt attempt to pull down
from the network. on my asdl line uploading is highly inefficient
compared to downloading (10-15 times as slow), so it would make more
sense to me to have it attempt to download the blocks first rather than
fec decoding them and reinserting them. thoughts?
