I agree that a browser's bookmarks meet much, if not all of the demand
for something on the homepage, but they do allow your favorite TLA to 
see what your starting freenet pages are (that is, unless your browser runs on
an encrypted partition too, which isn't possible for all browsers).  Flinks, 
on the other hand, can quite easily be run from an encrypted partition, 
and before it reaches rev 1.0, will encrypt the config xml itself.  It is designed
to be a stand alone app to help people share links, not to be someone's 
homepage / initial bookmarks.  
I only mentioned it because it would be trivial to add in the functionality 
Bombe describes, not because I think its a critical feature that should be
implemented for fproxy.  Its just a resource that might be useful if people
want it.
