Port numbers too. When a node cannot connect to another node for x
consecutive attempts (10 now?), and it hasn't been able to connect to it
for at least 15 minutes, it tries to look up the next ARK in the
sequence. You can see other nodes' ARKs in Node Reference Status, and
your own on the Environment infolet.
