This may be useful, Hawk is currently sitting in my living room connected to my cable modem, hardly a robust environment for the conduit for virtually all project communication including these mailing lists.
I have suspicions that some mail servers won't send email to Hawk as it is on a residential IP address too, although I have no tangible evidence of this. It would be very useful to have another server which could handle the project's email and mailing lists. Ian.
