That should not cause DNS errors :) Anyway, you do need Freenet to have a higher priority than RC5. Re proxy settings... if you are running freenet on the same machine you are browsing from, you must have the browser directly connect rather than go through the external proxy. Meaning add 127.0.0.1, localhost to the hosts to not send through cache box in your config. If you are running it on the host running the proxy, you need to remove those entries.
