Actually, I'm thinking no.  For fun I tried reading that 'paper' (some
ramblings in a university maths department forum board) and noticed that it
was basically unconnected phrases and conjecture.

I also noticed that this Joshua Herman fellow has also replied to another
post (in same board, in reply to a question asking about what does
NP-Complete mean, in layman terms, please) with the following:

[Laymans Terms
[Basically take for example that all men are stupid ( a given)
[Now take the Nash Equlibrium Point Theory. This is explained simplily as
[5 women and 5 men when the most "attractive" woman comes along the other
[players of the game don't go for her they go for the other women. Then you
[take MY theorm which states that given 2 people that are in love with each
[other their definition of each other is polymorphic (changes over time)
[This proves the MLK theorm , the why don't we do it in the road theorm ,
[the glass onion theorm, and the love theorm.


Huh?  Polymorphic?  "Changes over time"?  come on ....
