Hi,

I'm announcing a special branch of the arch [1] revision control system:
it's an adaption of arch to use freenet [2] as another way of accessing
remote archives. This is probably the first means for the development of
truly "free" software - no more worrying about patent / copyright /
trademark issues!

The current release is to be seen mostly as a proof-of-concept - it works,
but there's a lot of issues still to be resolved. In particular, it seems
that my inserts of the project into freenet weren't deep enough and are
therefore difficult - if at all - to retrieve. Therefore, I have made
available two web mirrors of the stuff.

Use the following URLs / URIs to access the project's pages:

DBR site: freenet:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/DSDiF//

Web mirror 2: http://217.160.110.211/~conrad/Archives/DSDiF/

Bye,
        Peter
