Whoops. Just caught up with this message (my reply was composed earlier and 
sent now -- stupid firewalls); the FCP spec is a bit out of date, but it 
seems to be the most recent revision anyway. Anyway, my version might be 
useful for the webpage anyway, being partially HTML-formatted.
