Just looking at the pcacheAccepted and pcacheRejected diagnostics, I am seeing an average of a 10:1 accept:reject ratio. The incomingHopsSinceReset diagnostic seems to float between 0.3 and 0.8 - which seems really low, but which explains the ratio of accepts to rejects.
The reasons for this value being so low could be: 1) Freenet routing is stunningly successful and finds data in less than 1 hop 2) The DataSource reset probability is too high Either way - a 10:1 accept/reject ratio is unlikely to have a massive positive effect on specialization.
