Interesting. Please try build 6047... is it maxed out constantly or just on average? Are you sure the traffic in question is from fred?
I have the same problem and it's still there is 6051. I reverted to 6043.
6052 is out with lots of work in this area as described in another mail.
Please test it.
It's been running for a few hours and appears to be working correctly (I didn't measure the bandwidth, but it's no longer maxing out my uplink).
