I propose that we improve the UI in the following ways: 1) Add support for a novice and expert mode 2) Add support for internationalization (keep the text of the UI in a separate file, and select the language by looking at the HTTP headers sent by the browser) 3) Rewrite the text removing any jargon or awkward language that might intimidate the novice user 4) Move the functionality currently implemented in the Windows configuration application and the command line interface into the web in interface and ensure that it supports on-the-fly changes to configuration info
