0.5.2 release blockers:

1. High CPU usage on Windoze. Most likely fixed. Confirmation of this
would be very nice.
2. According to Juiceman and others, Freenet fails to detect IP
address changes on Windows (XP in Juiceman's case), after startup, but
gets the right address on startup. This is pretty insidious and could be
a major problem if we released with it.
3. We have several files on http://freenetproject.org/snapshots/ which I
interpret as being technically in violation of Sun Microsystems'
copyright. We URGENTLY need a new wininstaller that includes the JRE
installer within the EXE, depending on illegal files hosted on a central
server is NOT what Freenet is about! If I remove them, most windows
installations in the next few days will fail. If I leave them there, the
project and me personally might feel the wrath of Sun's lawyers, though
it is unlikely because of the press it would generate.

More minor issues:
Some problems with Mozilla... probably mozilla-side, but it _IS_ the
most popular freenet-safe browser out there...
