Hi,

Haven't yet been able to thoroughly test/verify this, but I have the
imporession that not specifying outputBandwidthLimit may cause trouble
in build 5009 and 5010.

I upgraded from 599 (rc3) to 5009 not changing my freenet.conf. This has
all bandwidth limit properties commented out ('% ...'). Ran 5009 for
about 7 hours. It used all cpu available, connected to lots of nodes,
build up a send queue > 20 Mb, but hardly got any traffic out. Then
reproduced the problem with 5010.

Previously, with the same settings rc3 ran fine, quickly reaching max
output (512 kbits/sec).

I set outputBandwidthLimit to a large value (100000), restared the 5010
node and outgoing traffic seems to be fine again.

Toad: I mailed you more detailed info earlier today

Cheers,

Menno
