Blackdown is non-free as well, however there are deb packages of it that can legally be downloaded. One good mirror is at ftp.tux.org ("deb ftp://ftp.tux.org/pub/java/debian unstable main non-free" and there's a matching deb-src line). It's covered by Sun's "derivative" license, but I guess somebody got permission to allow it to be downloaded in the usual manner, or something.
