Hmmm. This one defaults to false and can be overridden by
dontLimitClients. What's that added value then?

I'm using plain http within my lan - will for sure change that once I've
grown sufficiently paranoid ;-)   Did use ssh tunneling, but that seemed
to limit the number of connections.
