If routing works properly the odds of this happening are very slim.  Data
should get routed to nodes where the rest of the network can expect data
to be and data won't get stranded. The entire success of freenet hinges on
the routing. This so apparent at the moment because routing is hosed but
once it starts working well I think we will see huge improvements.
