Upon examining my bandwidth logs using MRTG, I have noticed that my node's bandwidth usage fluctuates very regularly. Just by looking, the period appears to be 45-50 minutes.
I have attached a MRTG generated PNG image to demonstrate what I mean. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with this behaviour, merely that such a regular pattern seems odd. This is not new, and I have been noticing this for as long as I have been running a node. Can anybody propose a theory that might explain this fenomenon? Gordan
